Was ist Taupunkt?

The dew point is the temperature at which air becomes saturated with water vapor and condensation starts to form. It is always less than or equal to the air temperature. Dew point is a better indicator of comfort than relative humidity alone, because it directly measures the amount of moisture in the air. This calculator uses the Magnus formula, widely used in meteorology and HVAC applications.

Magnus-Formel

α = (A × T) / (B + T) + ln(RH / 100)

Td = (B × α) / (A − α)

Wobei A = 17,27, B = 237,7 °C, T = Temperatur (°C), RH = relative Luftfeuchtigkeit (%), Td = Taupunkt (°C)

4 Calculation Types

Taupunkt

Enter air temperature and relative humidity. Get dew point with comfort level.

Relative Luftfeuchtigkeit

Geben Sie Lufttemperatur und Taupunkt ein. Ermitteln Sie die relative Luftfeuchtigkeit (%).

Temperatur

Enter dew point and relative humidity. Get the air temperature.

Einheiten umrechnen

Convert between °C, °F, and K.

Taupunkt-Komfortniveaus

Taupunkt (°C) Komfortniveau Beschreibung
< 10TrockenVery comfortable, dry air.
10 – 16KomfortabelPleasant conditions.
16 – 18Leicht feuchtMost people comfortable.
18 – 21FeuchtSome discomfort, sticky feeling.
21 – 24Sehr feuchtUncomfortable, oppressive.
> 24Extrem feuchtDangerous, heat exhaustion risk.

Wichtige Hinweise

  • Dew point is always ≤ air temperature.
  • Die Magnus-Formel ist für −45 °C bis 60 °C genau.
  • Relative humidity must be between 0 % and 100 %.
  • Dew point is a better comfort indicator than RH alone.
